So easy chicken dinner

This is pretty much my ‘go to’ snack at the mo.

It’s so easy. So quick. Tasty too.

And of course, healthy.

Throw some olive oil, prawns and peas in a pan (these ones are frozen).

Give them a minute or two.

Add some chicken and chicken stock.

Add a bag rice – the microwave kind – and loads of lemon juice. Done!

It really is a ridiculously easy meal.

For me, it’s the chicken stock and lemon juice that makes it.

And it’s the kind of dinner these folks would approve of.
