Breakfast?

Heard a great phrase today:

“The worst breakfast is no breakfast”

And the more I read up on staying healthy and dodging sugar, the more I subscribe to it.

Pretty much every health guru out there says eating breakfast puts your body in to fat burning mode.

Trouble is, most people’s idea of breakfast is a cereal packed with sugar.

But if you can get through that road block and chuck something healthy down you, there’s a big pay off.

One study (which half of the internet seems to quote) states your risk of obesity increases by 450% if you regularly skip breakfast.

Wow!
